Joining your Google Meet session
- Open your confirmation Your booking email contains the Google Meet link for the session.
- Click the link at your session time It opens in your browser, with no download needed on a computer.
- Allow camera & microphone Click "Allow" so your child can see and hear Auntie Juliet.
- Join and settle in Enter the call a couple of minutes early so you're ready to begin on time.
On a phone or tablet, install the free Google Meet app beforehand for the smoothest experience.
Getting ready for each session
- A quiet, well-lit space with few distractions
- A charged device with a working camera and mic
- A stable internet connection
- Pencil, paper, and any materials shared in advance
- A parent nearby, especially for younger learners
Managing your booking
Need to change a session? You can book a new time or reschedule any time from the booking page.
Please give at least one week's notice to cancel or reschedule. With notice, we'll arrange a free makeup class. Sessions missed without notice are charged in full. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Current Parent FAQs
It's in the confirmation email you received when the session was booked. If you can't find it, message us on WhatsApp and we'll resend it right away.
Auntie Juliet shares updates on how your child is progressing and where they're growing. You're always welcome to ask questions between sessions.
Try refreshing the Meet link or rejoining. If the connection can't be restored on our side, we'll arrange a makeup class. Message us on WhatsApp if you need help quickly.
Reschedule from the booking page, or send us a message and we'll help you find a new slot that works for your family.
