- Learner details: the child's first name, age or grade, and relevant learning needs or goals you choose to share.
- Booking & scheduling information: session times and history, provided through our scheduling partner.
- Payment information: handled securely by a third-party payment provider; we do not store full card details ourselves.
- Communications: messages you send us by form, email, or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: basic, non-identifying information such as browser type and general location, used to keep the website working well.
3. How we use your information
- To arrange, deliver, and improve tutoring sessions.
- To communicate with you about bookings, progress, and updates.
- To process payments and maintain accurate records.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support.

We work with families across the UK, US, Canada, and Nigeria, and our services are operated from Nigeria. This means your information may be processed in a country different from your own.
